How Yard works

1. Company requests capacity (or Yard already has a plot nearby).
2. Yard contracts the landowner and the company.
3. Company assigns employees and vehicles within purchased bays.
4. Employee shows a pass. Attendant verifies. Invoice goes to the company.
5. Landowner receives settlement. If parking fails, Yard logs an SLA incident.
